Let’s ring in the New Year with a patient success story featuring Patty and the Preferred Health Body Sculpt Program.
Patty is a wife, mother of 3 children and has a career that is very demanding with a physical workload, long hours, and hectic schedule. After baby #3 she struggled to get rid of any of the baby weight and knew the scale was going in the wrong direction. Her desire to workout was becoming nonexistent and she was unhappy with herself. In May she decided enough was enough and met with Dr. Eichten and the staff at Preferred Health. Patty is happy to report she had excellent results and couldn’t be more thankful for the Body Sculpt Program. She has learned what her food sensitivities are and no longer struggles with chronic nausea and bloating. She has regained her love for exercise and rebuilt her self-esteem. She states “The program isn’t difficult to follow and doesn’t include choking down tons of pills or shakes on strict time schedules. I have tripped up along the way, but weekly visits and support from Kara have helped to encourage me to stay focused and keep my eye on the prize! I am currently over halfway to my end goal, but thanks to the Preferred Health Doctors and staff, I know I will reach that mark!” If you or someone else you know could benefit from our Preferred Health Body Sculpt Program or Food Sensitivity Testing, feel free to give us a call at (507)532-7458 and see how it can change your life!
